Are you a foster parent, adoptive parent or kinship caregiver or guardian of a child in foster care? Do you have questions about caring for and styling natural black hair? Join us as a fellow foster mom gives hair care advice and styling practice.

About the event
Learn basic hair care techniques, understand myths about natural hair, and get hands on practice with styling.
Childcare provided. You are also welcome to bring your child into class so they can learn too, or you can practice on thier hair.
Meeting will be held in the 4th Floor Conference Room.
PARKING is available in the parking garage under building - accessible from 4th street - please park in space labeled VISITOR (take immediate right when you enter garage and visitor spaces will be on your left)
BUILDING IS LOCKED AFTER 5pm
A volunteer will be in the garage to direct you to the HELP HUB door (located on 4th street) from 5:25-6:00pm - If you arrive late - look for the Foster Pantry A-Frame sign and call the number on it and someone will come down to let you in.
